I think Leonardo di Sproutface is an excellent actor. See his early movies ("What's Eating Gilbert Grape?" and "The Basketball Diaries" in particular) for examples of him actually acting before he got continually cast in eye candy roles. He seems to be moving back towards actual acting roles again, which is probably a good thing.
