I've got no clue what it means (but I rarely do with dreams). But it certainly was weird. I find one of the more interesting things in dreams is how you can "know" stuff even though you didn't "know" it prior to waking up. One of the weirdest dreams I ever had was one where I knew what was going to happen before it did. And I don't mean to move the conversation to myself, but your post inspired me to share my dream, and since I can't really comment too much on yours, I'll just give mine:

In this dream I was myself, though I wasn't myself as I know it. I was a robber of some sort, and had just finished a job with my "gang" when the dream started. I was holed up in a house with the other two or three members when one of them got shot by the people we were hiding from (I believe they were other gangsters, though it's not important). Suddenly I realized that I'd actually lived through the entire experience before and had been killed originally. So I took off upstairs and slipped through a window onto the roof. Again, I knew that I had tried this as well but was killed (apparently I was either psychic or had lived through it multiple times). However, this time I knew where the bad guy was and was able to knock him off (the roof) before he could get me. I dropped off the roof to a car (an older VW Bug, for some reason this struck me as important) and got in. Again, I realized I was going to be killed when I saw one of my partners and his dog. Before it had taken too long to get the dog in or something and our pursuers had showed up and killed us. This time around I was able to get both the partner and dog in the car and take off. I was desperately afraid of being killed and indeed I still get sweaty palms when I think about that part. However, we were able to take off just in time to see a van full of more baddies pulling in -- which would have meant certain death. It was all very cinematic too: after this point the dream became a series of quick shots spliced together and played like a movie trailer (I'm not joking). Then I woke up.

I've never fully understood what happened. I believe I had actually had the exact dream before the one I described but just didn't ever remember it upon waking. Or perhaps I was making up the whole thing on the fly. I dunno.

So, anyone else have any weird dreams? I know I've got more :P
