I Have no clue as to getting my stuff back. I cannot enter the vaults with my dragon key. HELP!

ISO accident report
Scrap of paper
Izadelica acsess card
Dragon key
Knife
ISO pulse gun
Bazooka
Military uniform
Rock
Tranquilizer spray
