FQ2 Of feathers and towers that trap you!

1st problem is that I swapped my feather and then discovered that it's not such a good idea to jump off mountains with hot centres.
2nd problem is probably related to lack of feather; which is that I can't get out of the tower. I've tried reversing the procedures that took me up to the rooms but it's not working!
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, especially if they help! :o)
