POA help: Escape!

I just got captured, tied up Arnold, and now I am completely stuck. I try to escape by throwing rocks and running, but I always die!

Inventory:
5 rubber tubes
Bazooka
Rock

master "I should have studied Sly Cooper's moves" ok
