I'm sure it was important - something to do with attacking a place, but I couldn't get where. And so when I went back to Llagimlyn, Sea Nymph disappeared!~ I want to go back to the outpost to read that passage again but I have no way of getting there now.

Huh, I don't know about this game bug... have you checked the stables? Tethered outside the palace, maybe?

If you got the Rink from Dayer Dryntine's folks and used it to steal their plans, don't worry about Sea Nymph. They're basically planning to attack Llagimlyn; book it to the castle and tell Blood Drops the Valkyries are going to attack.

If you didn't get the Rink, find Sea Nymph and go visit the Elves before returning to the outpost. (I don't think you can get to the outpost without the Rink, but I don't know for sure.) You're gonna need him to get those plans.
