The closet near the conservatory? Not necessary to beat the game, but it helps. (If you come across a vacuum voucher in the maze - I only found it once - give it to the housekeeper. That'll get you in.)

It doesn't look like it from your inventory - but did you open the gate and get past the pig yet? You might want repost your inventory so we have a better idea of where you are.
