For the leash, you should have found out from Caroline where her father is. Maybe he would have the leash. Or maybe he already gave you the pet snakcs. If so, then check in the arboretum.

Ohhh, the conduits. The way you solve that one depends on how you think. The laid-out-flat diagram helped me a lot, but it's completely useless for some people. There's really not much more that can be said about it if you've already read all the previous posts. Anything more has aready been labeled as too big of a spoiler by Sam and been deleted. Sorry.
