I was thinking more of Poortvliet's expertise in lush fur and hair details in his subjects. He's the master of fur the same way Rowena is the master of satin and fabrics. Look at Rien's paintings of elks, boarshead, rabbits, hares and foxes. Especially the foxes. Gorgeous.
