Another suggestion: if somebody doesn't answer your question right away, please have a little patience instead of following it up with exactly the same post again. If nobody answers immediately, that usually means either nobody's reading the forum at that time, or they just don't freaking know the answer. Be patient, all posts get answered eventually.
