> The Secret Society of Canadians
Me and my friends used to do radio sketches/skits every so often over a friend's packetradio license. We had a skit by that *exact same* name. It was comedy. Basically, it portrayed the entire country of Canada as having some dark secrets and a surefire plan to take control of the world, and stuff, kinda Monty Pythonish. One of my better scripts. If I do say so myself, the way we played off of the fact that Canada as a country was so unassuming and quiet was quite funny. I'll dig up the sound file out of my archives, but it might take a while to decrypt it in to a raw WAV or MPEG audio file to give it to y'all because it's my own wierd optimized-for-radio format, sprinkled with instruction codes for our radio transmitter and junk...
Back on the subject. That story looked quite interesting. I like your writing style, you have that rare type of writing style where you could write about the most boring thing possible and make it edifying. Reminds me of Timothy Zahn.
Please to finish?
