Well, if you're referring to the vampiress, you need to do a LOT of stuff to get what you need to defeat her. (For starters, you're short a branch.)

As for the long sequence of things to do: You might want to go check out the castle that was beyond the cat and see what you can threaten out of its inhabitants.
