Dear Ms. Myruh,

Thank you for your continuing interest in our games! I hope you will be pleased to hear that there will indeed be a cute penguin in our upcoming game, although the details of its location have not yet been finalized. There will also be a person who writes down everything -- namely, the player. Har, har, har!

At RinkWorks, we take our customers' concerns seriously. This means that we design our games with you, the player, in mind at all times. We are delighted to hear that you are interested in playing games which are very hard, and we are doing our very best to make sure that our next production will weed out more pansy gamers than ever before.

To thank you for your input, we have added three new puzzles as a special challenge. You may wish to brush up on your studies of quantum mechanics, Keynesian economic theory, and Sanskrit.
