Lemme guess, she screamed "SIXTEEN", right? (You're going to groan when the meaning of THAT is revealed, believe me...)

Anyway, go kill the drake if you haven't already. You need to talk to the guy north of him. Once you've got the potions and know what they do, your next move should be pretty obvious.
