I'm not seeing any nanoxite stones in your inventory, so I can't tell what you have... where did you get the others? Have you put some of your stones and shards in the cylinder?

As for the OSM tubes: notice how all the doors automatically lock when you pull one out? Isn't there ONE door you can now open manually anyway? (It opens into one of the docking bays - not Docking Bay A, of course.)

You've got everything you need to convince Johnson. He's a linear thinker, though - the order in which you show him the evidence is critical.
