Most of the boards I frequent(other than this one) are ezboards. Very customizable, you can delete or edit unwanted posts, close topics, ip ban people, move topics from one board to another, give others the ability to do the above, assign custom titles, make multiple boards, set each board as having HTML allowed or not... Those who are registered as being board members can have a small picture beside the name and/or a larger picture under, append a signature to the bottom of each post, and probably more.

As you might expect, however, you get assaulted by a bevy of pop-ups unless someone pays for it. Fortunately, if you have people with PayPal who are willing, they can contribute.

Then again, maybe these are the folks who are kicking you out; you never said who it was, so I kind of run the risk of wasting our time telling you about ezboard.
