OK, I tried it. I put it on her paw and locked her in the smallest of our bathrooms. She seems to be able to shake her paw vigorously enough to make it spray in all directions. If I haven't missed any spots, it was only on the toilet, floor, counter, and several walls. Just thought I'd tell you. I did find out, however, that it comes off linoleum fairly well when you add water....

I'm sorry. I've lost a few, too. Well, 19 is pretty old for a cat. I don't know how ours manages to live on. And on. I think she's related to the Energizer Bunny.
