This problem has cropped up before, now and again -- Howard's particularly fond of having it. The problem is because your browser's cache is either full or not set up properly, so your browser cannot cache the page that you typed the message into. Fixing that will fix this problem.

But you're not totally stuck with retyping the message. If you hit the back button and find your message gone, hit the forward button again to get back to the Preview page. If *that* page is gone, hit "reload." You won't be able to make any corrections, but at least you won't have to retype everything.

Someday, when I get around to fixing the quotes-in-subject-line bug, I'll get around to putting the correction form right in the preview page, so you won't have to hit "back" to do it and potentially succumb to this cache problem.
