Hehe... There is no way the distributors would allow local cable TV to show movies before they were released in local theatres. It would just kill ticket sales.

Further, cable TV in the US and cable TV in other countries are all separate entities. A show on cable in the US won't necessarily be on cable somewhere else at the same time, if at all. And vice versa.
