I've never heard that, but I know quite a few people who just don't like milk (insanity, I know) and not all of them have perfect complexions. Of course, they don't necessarily avoid all milk products. I drink a lot of milk and I've always had a decent complexion. If milk really does cause acne, it must be a very small factor among a lot of other things and the only way for it to matter would be to avoid milk and milk products altogether. Or maybe your friend's just lucky.
