What do I do next in GOA?

I've been stuck on this for a while, and I'm
probably missing something blatantly obvious
(I was stuck on the cat in FQ for a whole
week). Anyway, I just need a clue as to what
the next thing I'm supposed to do is. I've done
the whole portrait thing, but I'm assuming it
won't let me take the portrait because I haven't
encountered anything in the plot that would
make me need one. Here's my inventory:
