As the name implies, it is high in fibre, and it has four different types of grains which are clearly evident in the ceral, in their natural shapes, which is pretty cool. The one downside is that it has too much sugar -- something like six grams a serving, which is more than any other cereal I would buy. (I was raised on low-sugar cereals, and I stick to them, partly because I have never had a cavity, and it certainly wasn't because I made a Herculean effort out of brushing my teeth regularly.)

To me, it kind of tastes like cardboard (probably because it has something like -2 grams of sugar per serving -- yes, I believe it DOES actually suck sugar out of me when I eat it) but it is stunningly healthy and good for me.

Well, this is more interesting than the thread I started, so hey, whatever. :-)

I love going to the gym and I always have found it a lot of fun. You'd think this would mean I'm spectacularly fit, but you would be wrong. If I did it regularly enough to make myself look better, this would be a bonus, but I'm not goal-focused enough to ever achieve very much in that way. I mostly treat the gym the same way as movies or other fun things I enjoy -- I'll do it twice a day or three times a week or once every four months, just according to what I feel like. There have been times when I've worked out consistently and regularly, as in four or five days a week for a couple of months, and I get good results like that, but when my interests change or my timetable stops allowing it, I don't feel guilty about stopping, any more than I'd feel guilty if I didn't see a movie for six months.

It always annoys me a little, the way so many things in life have all the fun taken out of them. I think if there was less pressure to get "results" from physical exercise and more acceptance of just plain having fun running around outside and playing, the way you're allowed to when you're six years old, there would be a lot more healthy, active people in society.
