I think I'd argue with you on the diplomatic part at least, when in relation to Bush. 1220 means nothing to me being from another country, but from the replies I guess that makes it higher than I got the impression of.
Anyway, I think I'm just about relatively convinced anyway that he's okay in that sense. Doesn't mean that I'm ever going to like him, and it won't stop me feeling that he is a dreadful face of the US, but okay, you can have a president of less than brilliant studiousness if you like. I'll stop arguing with it now. I guess that goes for the other posts I posted a little while ago that were arguing about it too.
