Aha! I was hoping some other aficionado would respond to your post regarding BD. BD is one of my most favorite games even in the original PC-CGA/EGA form. The only thing that surpasses it today is Dynamix's Lode Runner: The Legend Returns and the Oxyd marble games by Dongleware.
Counting the versions of BoulderDash and Rockford that I've gleaned from the net (in OS/2, Linux, Amiga versions, etc. as well as PC), I have...uh... at least 9. Assuming your question wasn't rhetorical, how many versions do you have? *evil grin*
On a more serious note: I am looking for a programmer who can extract the Cave Level Maps from my EGA SuperBoulderDash and an Australian version I have called Sboulder. Because these games are so old, the levels are not encrypted. So it should be easy to extract. I'm interested in the classic level design for the game.
