There's no "hard" rule, but the rule of thumb is, post as much as you want as long as you actually have something worthwhile to say. The definition of "worthwhile" is open to interpretation, as what might be worthwhile to someone may not be to someone else. The key is that "worthwhile" at least means "with more purpose than to claim another entry on the 'recent messages' page." I don't mind if you make "RinkForum Dominance" a secondary goal; just give people something worthwhile to read as you fight for it.
