I work in KFC. We serve all of the above- mentioned chicken breast varieties. (Although nuggets are no longer offered) I'll share with you one of the Colonel's secrets. The nugget does not come from the breast. It comes from the neck-area. Which is why nuggets are so small...there is not a lot of meat on that part of the chicken.
