Very interesting stuff; thanks for posting that. When I told Jacqueline about this thread she, too, thought of pointing out prophetic fulfillment -- only she was thinking of the Messianic prophecies fulfilled by Jesus. I don't have the necessary literature on hand to provide a synopsis of those prophecies, but it'd be worth posting later.

By the way, I didn't at all mean to imply that your arguments are all faith and no evidence. Just thought I'd make it clear to Dave that I'm not just brushing off his insistence on having something concrete as a basis for reason.
