Gah. I can't seem to progress more than a few chapters without getting stuck! :-P
I read previous hints for this chapter, and I know the following things:
It's in the Games and Puzzles section.
It's probably one of the less popular sites, such as the Site Market Game (I assume, since no games have been played for over two years, I think)
It's a question (??) that either "everyone is asked" or "everyone has asked".
