Do you mean "fruit spread that's grape flavoured" or "grapefruit spread"? I'm guessing the former...

What sort of consitency is this? Mint sauce is common on lamb over here, but I can't imagine it being called a jelly.

Jam - boiled fruit and sugar, rendered down to a thick, sticky paste.
Jelly - semi-solid stuff, made by mixing gelitin with fruit juice.
Marmalade - much the same as jam, but with citrus fruits.
Conserve - Either jam or marmalade.
Preserve - A spiced marmalade, like a chutney for example.
