Doc told me to walk a minimum of 20 minutes every day. So I started doing that. But the good news is that I am feeling so much better, I can do a 20 minute walk in 18 minutes now and had planned to get it down to 15 minutes flat by the end of the month. I considered running to see if I could get it even shorter, but I decided that a bicycle would get it down to seven or eight minutes for a 20 minute walk. Then I had a brainstorm and used a motor scooter and found that I could do a 20 minute walk in about 2.5 minutes. The car might cut it down a little more. And did you know that a jet airliner covers about nine miles in a minute at cruising speed? I could do a month of 20 minute walks in just over three minutes.

This fitness stuff is easy if you use your head.
