The problem with such short-sighted, superficial, people is that they think to be always right. It's easier to move a mountain than to change their mind. Anyway, my first reply would be something on the line "on which basis are you deciding what I like or not?"
> I suppose I should be happy that people think of me this way.
Let me try to go off-topic as usual when replying to you...
Being nice is a great treasure; many people keep such treasures in their safe, many others are proud to show it in a display case. Alas, being the only rich person in a group of poor ones is not the easiest way in being accepted by others. Of course they focus on the fact that you're "different", not on what you have in common. > I feel completely confounded by what people want socially.
Hey, it happens to me everyday!
Well, to make the point clear, I'm 31 and I'm still wondering why I have always this strange feeling of being an alien in an alien world; exactly the same thing I felt since ever... To tell the whole truth, not only I'm confounded by what people want in social life, but also by what women want.
Hope sharing my thoughts helps.
Cheers, AP.
