Message Forum: game deleted

game deleted - please help

i think that i may have lost my game. i got a message asking me to give my e-mail to register (like the one that you do when first beginning a game) and then it started me back at the very beginning. i hit the browser's back button, and now when i try to progress, it says my page is outdated. HELP
