To my understanding, this virus primarily hits people using MSIE 5.x and Outlook Express. If that resembles your configuration, and you haven't already, install the patch I've linked to below. It'll fix the security hole that allows Klez to send itself automatically. Of course, you can still firk up and activate it manually, so remember not to open random attachments.
