I'm hoping someone will have some information here...

A few years ago, I use to visit a rather large website by the name of Centre of the Easily Amused. A lot of fun, always with interesting links and places to visit, and things of this nature. Then I got out of school and promptly forgot all about it with real life. Anyway, a few months ago, I was directed here to Rinkworks by a friend who thought I would enjoy it - which I have immensively. But it made me remember C*E*A and so I thought to return the favor to my friend by showing him it. However, to my dismay, Uproar turned C*E*A into something entirely different with game shows and casino games.

Now, since it wasn't my website and the internet being what it is, I really can't complain that they chose to shut it down and put something else in it's place. But I am curious to know what exactly happened. I tried to find out information on my own, but with no success. So, I thought maybe someone around here might now.
