Despite current reports from Italian Senate, this DOES NOT seem a terrorist attack against Italy or Western countries.

As reported by local newsagencies and eyewitnesses, the plane was on fire before hitting the skyscraper and the pilot sent a mayday request to the Linate Airport ATC.
