> Oh, just curious, do you climb rocks or climbing walls or both? Or is that a really dumb question? If you climb walls, the University of East Anglia has one of the largest in England. Or so I'm told. The cafe in the sports centre is sort of built around the climbing wall so you can sit and drink tea and feel unfit as human spiders scale up an artificial vertical cliff face.
Both - indoors for training, outdoors for extreme fun. I've never been to the wall at UEA, though. Nottingham has an excellent bouldering facility, and the Foundry and the Edge in Sheffield offer some excellent leading practice. I can also highly reccomend Glasgow's Ibrox Church as a great wall, seeing as its my local, and all.
