I liked this one, but agree with the "weak for Asimov" assessment

I hated this book, I still have it on my shelves, UGH! Getting rid of it.

This book gets my vote, mainly because I really enjoyed it and none of you all have read it apparently. Sequel was good too.

Liked Battlefield Earth as well (ever read "The Way of the Pilgrim" by Gordon R. Dickson? sort of similar theme without all the violence), Fear was a bit much for me.
