I do the same thing! If I try to eat one more bite after I get that "Gag" reflex, I end up not being able to keep it down...if you take my meaning. It's been worse since I've been pregnant, because now I don't even have that "One bite warning" as I call it. Suddenly I'll feel the gag reflex and know that it's too late.
