She and two other girls (I think two, maybe just one) started and lead Steps of Grace, a dance team that focuses on worship - and unlike like our school's dance team that's been around for ages it doesn't require members to be an amazing dancer. She *is* an amazing dancer, though, and I always love watching her.

:-) I was a member of the team that has some claim to being a predecessor to Steps of Grace. Brandyn was in my youth group, and we used to do a lot of outreach work involving dances she'd choreographed. And I got to sing the song "Breath of Heaven" while she danced to it in our area mall one Christmas. She was one of my closest friends from that group, and I still keep in touch with her and see her over breaks. Over this last summer, I was her assistant in a series of dance camps for kids which she led. There are few people in my age group whom I respect as much as I respect her.
