I watched the whole trilogy right after seeing TPM. While what you say is all too true for ANH, I don't think you should lump the other 2 in with that. The duels at the end of Empire and Jedi are both extremely intense even today. Not so much for the action but as for what's going on. The back and forth between Vader and Luke is awesome and well done. Heck, even Mark Hamill's whining doesn't ruin thatfight. As for Jedi, it's cool because it's sort of a reverse of the battle at the end of TPM: 2 bad guys against the one good. But I agree that E4's duel was sort of ho-hum in comparison...
