It depends, I feel, on what kind of plot twist it is. Most of the plot twists in "Entrapment", I imagine (not having seen it), are of the kind where you know there's going to be a plot twist, you just don't know what. Once you know what it is, it's all gone, which is why it doesn't stand up to repeat viewings.
On the other hand, you get the other kind of plot twist, which is totally unexpected (and yet, as Sam said, *almost* obvious). Plot twists like this, done well, can stand up to repeated viewing - what you lose by knowing it's coming, you gain by being able to spot all the little subtle clues you missed the first time through.
