Often I will find myself thinking of the enormity of the universe and hwo small we are compared to it, and I will get one of two sensations; one, a feeling of complete helplessness and despair, or, two, a feeling of content and belonging. I like the second much more but have found it is only possible to achieve this through medition and deep thinking, so usually I don't think about the size or scale of the universe because it makes me feel so insignificant but sometimes the feeling fits and i enjoy thinking about. Well there's my two cents.
