stuck at TOA plz help!!!!!!!!!!

hi, i know this sounds dumb but im really stuck. it early afternoon on sat and ive been everywhere but icant find the person who needs help who will give me a t-shirt and i cant find tthe shorts so i cant play footie i have the tennis shoes on and i cant find the map drawing 1 doesnt help any help will be greatly recieved.spoilers will be welcome.
heres my inventory:
backpack,
stylish shoes,
quantum calc,
crowbar,
enrolment form,
dragon costume,
plz plz help.
