I suggested this last year, to be recieved general apathy, but I think it's worth another try.

There is an ever-growing number of European Rinkies, and what with the high cost of trans-Atlantic travel, it might be worth trying to arrange a semi-official European RinkUnion.

I figure Denmark (or maybe the Netherlands) would be about central for everyone. And winter might be the best time (so that people don't need to choose between this and RU3).

If anyone has any thoughts....
