I've been called uselessness for so long that I pretty much forgot where the name came from. It's just me. :-) Actually, years ago, I established that alter-ego as the webmaster of a site about uselessness (there are a lot of similar sites still around). Today I have the domain insanityfarm.com registered and I'm waiting for some reliable server space on which I can launch the new-and-improved version of my site. Should be fun! Anyway, that's where the name came from. You can call me that, or whatever you want. I don't care. "use" works, as does "modman." Oh yeah, and "parking lot," but that one's kind of hard to explain.

I'm not new to RinkWorks. I've been here for a very long time, possibly longer than most of you. It's just that, for some reason, I never ventured into the Message Forum. I think it was the concept of multiple updates per day that scared me off. Maybe I was afraid that I'd miss an important post, so I'd be better off never getting involved with the threads at all. But look how much I've missed! :-) No, I spent most my time playing the games and rereading the humor bytes. I would read through the IABBBBM reader reviews and the chat archives, and I'd chat live once in a while, too. Mostly, though, I'm a lurker.
