I get these occasionally, but I as of yet have not followed through with it. I guess the several thousand dollar price tag on that experience is holding me back a little. > > > > Half"Also the whole idea of me being mangled isn't that apealing"Witt > > It happens to me a lot. I set the cruise on 73 or so and I get tailgated by crazy people. Sometimes I just touch the brake enough to hit them in the eye with the LEDs. But that's not Violent Tendancies, that's Self Defence. I really don't think people realize how quickly tailgating can cause a wreck. Just one small critter darting across the Interstate and you've go instant junkyard. > How"shivvvver"ard
When I was younger and much more foolish, I would drive, everyday this stretch of road that was signedposted 60km. It was long, boring, had only one, gentle curve, if it were anywhere else, it would be a 70km zone. Anyway. I would conscientiously drive this road at 60km. The only time I did not, was when someone was trying to do 70km, and was tailgating me. Then I would drop back, 55, 50, 45 km, 'til they got the message.
I am still amazed that I didn't get killed by road-rage.
