I should know better than to confess to this. I've worried all day about my friend's surgery, waiting for his wife to call. She didn't call. So at 8:00 pm, I started looking back through emails from the past month or so and I ran across the date of the surgery: April 4. If I wasn't afraid I'd sprain my knee, I'd kick myself.
