Yes, getting your driver's license is a golden moment. But before you know it, you'll be worrying about when your kids are going to come in and take your keys away. I've watched relatives go through that. Some were not too much older than me. Losing the freedom of driving is somewhat like being kicked in stomach by a mule. I don't look forward to that.
