I read the whole email, and in addition to agreeing with your comments, I come away with this question:
"Just what the heck is Delphi Plus?"
It appears to be the primary objective of that email to sell you on paying for this great new whatchamajigger they've invented, but not only do they insult your intelligence in the ways that you mentioned, they also tell you very little about the service they are trying to sell. They seem to just expect you to believe them and buy the thing.
Sure, they say that it's "finest information gathering, knowledge sharing, and communication service in the world." But they give you nothing substantial to let you know that it's not just a scam or gimmick. Everybody says their product is the best, but they've got to prove it and demonstrate to me that I need it before I'm going to fork over my hard-earned cash for it.
Maybe those who use Delphi on a regular basis are familiar with this new thing and it's a given that those receiving the email already have all the info they need about it. Can some Delphite enlighten us?
