There are people who will marry and stay married just long enough to collect the cash. The whole idea seems out of touch with reality. I would suggest putting $300,000,000 into schools in low-income areas. Sometimes I'm afraid to turn on the news for fear of hearing another hair-brained scheme thought up by a politician.
